Perthshire

We have been planning for some time to move to Perthshire, renting initially. We are looking for a 4+ bedroom house with garden/land. This will ideally be located within a rural location a couple or so miles from either Pitlochry or Aberfeldy (or in-between e.g. Grandtully). An internet signal is vital!

Covid-19 has obviously impacted our search and the availability of suitable properties. Our challenge is that we need to have moved for August School commencement (a child transitioning from S2 to the all-important S3/S4 years).

We are mature professionals who will care for the house as if it was our own. We can offer excellent references, including financial reassurances.
